I can't believe it's been so long since I was able to blog. I guess that's life and part of not being stressed and causing stress to your body is accepting the ebb and flow of the daily dealing of life and it's surprises!
Was able to take some time for me and my family to reconnect and ground myself. I have been so busy with a few different and fun commitments as well as loving every minute of being with my clients. It is quite a joyous time for me personally. I never dreamed this business would help ME with so much personal growth.
As I watch cancer grow and grow, I'm also seeing so much positiveness in the rallying of survivors to make a different in the cancer community. It grows and grows and grows everyday. Gives me drive to continue on my path of being there for anyone touched from cancer to make sure I effectively share my education, resources and other people's stories. If you are currently going through chemotherapy one tea that seems to work really well with the metallic taste from the chemotherapy is GINGER TEA. It is soothing and healthy for your cells while going through the chemo. There are numerous articles supporting-suggesting using ginger tea. Please educate yourself on ginger tea and see if it is something that you can add to your diet.
If you aren't going through chemo but drink ginger tea anyway, look at all the OTHER fabulous things it does!
